Cross-cultural and Diversity Training Films

These 15 Youtube clips give a glimpse of the documentary approach of CI-CD’s unique collection of training films on managing diversity and on skills of intercultural  communication. These are the visual aids most widely used in global business, in MBA courses in Universities and Business Schools worldwide, and also for training in NHS and other public services in UK. (To see list of DVD training packages, click link ‘Crosstalk DVDs and Handbooks’.)

Our films bring the powerful smack of real-life credibility to training room, lecture hall or conference presentation. They do not feature actors in simplistic, stereotypical, scripted drama: they show naturalistic evidence of interactions between cultures at work, as case-studies for analysing how intercultural communication breaks down, and for developing cultural awareness and competence in action.
